Arizona Cardinals: OLB (9), OT (8.75), CB (8.5), DT (8.5), QB (8.5), TE (7)
SO hard to figure these guys out. The defense looks HORRIBLE and then good all at the same time. Against the Packers, they should me that they can’t create pressure or play the pass. Yea, they got to Rodgers every now and then, but who didn’t this season? McFadden is no more than a nickel CB, so they need to find someone else there. At OLB, they need someone who can tackle sideline to sideline, as Ryan Grant got outside on them too many times. He also went straight up the middle with success most of the game, so a run-stopping DT is in line too. The OT play is decent, but not great. If Warner wasn’t such a smart QB, he would take a lot more hits. Speaking of Warner, the man can’t possibly have much left in the tank. They need to find the next glove-wearing QB in red.
St. Louis Rams: DT (10), QB (9.75), DE (9.5), S (9) x2, WR (9), OT (8.5), OG (8.5), OLB (8.25), CB (8)
Rams. Not a good name based on the animal, but based on the truck, probably a very good name. Overpriced, overly expensive, weak compared to the competition, not many good years in sight. OK, that was dumb, but the only good player on this team is Stephen Jackson. Maybe Chris Long, but that’s pushing it, because he hasn’t done much. Scrap the team and start over. Biggest need: DT. MUST stop the run. Second: DE, MUST rush the passer. They also need a QB, OT, and a S to make plays in the secondary next to Otogwe. Not hard to find the holes in this team.
San Francisco 49ers: 3-4 NT (9.5), CB (9.5), OT (9), OG (9), RB (8.5), WR (8), 3-4 DE (8) 3-4 OLB (8)
The 49ers are a better team than their record shows. They need some help in the trenches on offense and defense. Alex Smith and Frank Gore seem like a good core of players, but they need more help up front. Look for them to find a couple of starters at OT and OG. On defense, Clements will be moving to safety, and who’s their other CB? Yea. That guy needs to have a friend that makes him look less bad. And yes, I know who he is (Dre Bly). Got you there, it’s actually Shawne Spencer. Anyway, he needs help. Find it for him. He will also get some help from a new NT. Seems to be a theme in this draft, teams seem to be having trouble on the interior D line. Otherwise, look for them to load up with more talent at WR and OLB. With a great coach like Singletary, though, they don’t need as many playmakers to win games.
Seattle Seahawks: DT (9), QB (9), RB (9), S (8.75), OT (8.75), DE (8.5), OG (8.5), OLB (8), CB (8)
The Seahawks suck. Carroll will not help that. And you thought Snyder was an idiot? They are less than mediocre at every position besides LB, literally, but don’t have any gaping holes. We will call the whole team a collective divot. Now you just need to find which chunk of grass you can try and cover part of it with. I think you start at QB, but who will he throw to? TJ Hooshmandububba is way past his prime, and braids his hair. Then maybe DT, but who is beside that poor rookie who gets plugged in? Who is supporting his secondary? No one. This team sucks. They are every bit as hopeless as the Bucs. Sorry Seahawks fans.
